Return Policy for Tornado Fireworks
An order made by the user is not subject to return if he has already left the Fireworks Tornado Ltd. site.
Orders that have not left the facility can be canceled via e-mail or phone call.
In the event of a defect finding and in the case of a defective commercial appearance of the goods and packaging not caused by the supplier, Fireworks Tornado Ltd. undertakes to be replaced with a new or refunded amount deposited for the goods, pursuant to Article 55 of the CPA as of the date to which the consumer exercised his right of withdrawal. The transportation and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer.
In the case of violations of the appearance of the goods occurring during transport, you should contact the messenger for the damaged shipment protocol. Unsquired and non-requested orders within 14 days are automatically canceled.
