Deliveries

 

How to order: 

After registering in the online store, select the desired product and quantity. 
Click the "Order" button and see the contents of your cart. 
After the order is complete, select a shipping option and click the "Order Products" button. After you see the final cost of your order, choose a form of payment and finalize. 
The order is considered accepted as soon as a Fireworks Associate Tornado contacts you. In a phone call, you get detailed information about the ordered products, delivery procedure and payment. 

Terms of Delivery 


After a phone call, skype, or on our site, a Fireworks Tornado Fellow will contact you to confirm, specify the address, delivery time and final payment amount. Ordered goods are delivered with Tornado fireworks.

Delivery terms and prices:

  • For Sofia:

Express delivery - within 24 hours - 20 BGN
Ordinary delivery - within 48 hours. - up to 150.00 BGN - 10.00 BGN
Ordinary delivery - within 48 hours. - over 150.00 BGN - free of charge

 

All prices on the site are VAT included, unless otherwise indicated.

 

  • Fireworks Tornado reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. 
  • The guarantor pays the price that is current at the time of order confirmation. 
  • All delivery costs are at the expense of the guarantor. 
  • Upon receipt of goods from the Tornado store, delivery fee is not due. 
According to the CPA, the ordered goods can be returned within 7 working days only if the product is not used, damaged and the packaging is preserved.

Payment methods

  • On delivery:
The payment of the due price of the goods and the delivery costs are made upon receipt. In case you have engaged a third party, delivery will be made under the same general conditions after your confirmation. 

  • With online payment via PayPal.com:

Advance payment required. Upon receipt of the amount you owe the order, we will send you the ordered products.

  • By bank card (debit or credit):

It can be realized with the following cards: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, Borika.

  • With bank transfer: 
The amount is translated into a leva account:

RATIONALE: The order number of your order. 
The order you made will be executed immediately after the amount has been deposited to the account. Delivery costs are included in the final price.
  • Cash payment:
Cash payment can be made in our shops in Sofia.
